Balkan Bug LLC is an independent holding company established in 2020 and registered in Wyoming, United States. We operate as a private entity focused on long-term value creation in financial markets infrastructure.
Our portfolio consists of five operating companies spanning trading education, capital deployment, lead generation, and institutional trading infrastructure. Each company operates independently with dedicated management teams while benefiting from shared strategic oversight.

Throughout his career, he has founded and managed multiple B2B companies, with a strong focus on financial services, trading education, scalable digital platforms, and international business development.
At Balkan Bug LLC, Nikola is responsible for strategic vision, business architecture, global partnerships, and long-term growth initiatives. His leadership approach emphasizes institutional-grade operations, sustainable business models, and value creation across the portfolio.
Ana Broćeta
Co-Founder & Head of Finance
Ana Broćeta holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, where she graduated with excellent academic results. She has built her professional career in finance and accounting, with a strong focus on corporate finance, compliance, and financial reporting.
She currently works as Head of Accounting in a private company, overseeing financial operations, internal controls, and regulatory alignment. Her expertise spans financial statement preparation, audit coordination, tax compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Within Balkan Bug LLC, Ana is responsible for financial structure, transparency, and long-term financial stability. She ensures rigorous financial oversight, maintains institutional-grade accounting standards, and provides strategic guidance on capital allocation and risk management across all portfolio entities.
